Manufacturing Process
Offshore Spars has been a leader in mast manufacturing for nearly 40 years. As a leader, it is critical to upgrade and improve manufacturing processes to give your clients the best possible product. During the past few years, Offshore Spars has doubled its manufacturing floor space and installed new manufacturing equipment including a water jet cutter, carbon cutter and two state of the art paint spray booths measuring 25m (80’) and 45m (150’). Our autoclave was extended to 33m (110’) to enable us to manufacture longer seamless moulded masts. A new mandrel extraction machine was designed and built in-house to handle the ever-growing mast profile sizes. These expansion and machinery upgrades will ensure that Offshore Spars will continue manufacturing our products to the highest level of quality.
