Carbon Fiber Masts

Offshore Spars builds carbon fiber mast systems for boats 34' and larger. Offshore utilizes a seamless, male moulded, autoclave cured process that yields a strong and reliable product. This process has been used from the start of our carbon fiber mast production in 1992 with an unequalled record of zero structural failures.

Each mast build at Offshore Spars is custom designed to meet the requirements of the yacht. We are flexible to our customer’s wishes whether it be a choice of the type of carbon fiber for the mast profile, hardware and track systems, clear coat or color finish Offshore will meet the client’s request.
