When the Alan Andrews designed “Magnitude 80” lost her rig in the Cabo race, Offshore Spars was contacted to build a replacement. The owner and crew were impressed with our ability to design and build them a spar that got them sailing faster than any of the competition.

The rig is is fully equipped with our own in house designed halyard locks, along with all the bells and whistles found on a Grand Prix racing yacht rig.
