With the elegance of Tripp Design and build quality of Michael Schmidt Yachtbau, this new build yacht for a fall of 2020 delivery will surely turn heads. The rig package will consist of a standard modulus carbon mast and a hydraulic drive furling boom using a Bamar drive system. Another unique feature of the boom will be a hydraulic outhaul tensioner housed within the furling mandrel, this will add more performance to the mainsail in all wind conditions. In addition, Offshore engineers are actively working with the client and design team on further performance improvements to the spar system.
